Hampson Event Staff Scheduler (HESS) is a service which can help your Health Unit schedule staff more effectively and efficiently for upcoming clinics. Because of the large volunteer base necessary to help alongside full-time, part-time and casual staff, HESS provides mechanisms for members of the general public to register to volunteer for needed staff positions.
Hampson Immunization Clinic Management (HICM) is a client-server application built to help you process people through Immunization clinics more quickly without having to up your staffing needs, workload, or hardware requirements. This hybrid solution keeps the paper consent forms that most Health Units use now to reduce data entry, and implements a card reader (for Ontario Health Cards and Driver's Licenses) to speed up the data entry that's still required.
Most local school boards mandate that a student's immunization history be up-to-date before they attend classes. The Childhood Immunization Registration System (CIRS) provides an online method for Health Units to collect this vital data in a safe and secure environment. This product can be used as a pay-as-you-go service, or installed internally within your Health Unit.
